Following his own vision, Thorgusen expanded his USC School of Architecture training, creating a unique organic space for living within Eckbo’s forest landscape. The sense of living in nature is dramatically accentuated by surrounding ponds, pools, and a structural system of variegated height ceilings with folded plate roofs. Secluded and private, the residence includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, office, & open plan living space organized into living, family, dining, and library areas.
