This spectacular house rests between nature and architecture and was realized by the architect Rudy Ricciotti. Built in 2007 on a steep sloping site (27), it is a true architectural and technical prowess. It is located in Bandol, at about 2.5 km from the sea, at the top of a hill. It overlooks the entire valley and enjoys a sea view. The house offers calm, comfort and discretion. The house offers a surface area of about 400 m² on three levels, with 200 m² of sunny patios. The main level houses the reception, with a vast living-room, a dining-room with an open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This level opens on the tree-filled garden, the patio and the swimming pool. The intermediary level accommodates a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a multipurpose room with a children’s dormitory that opens on a second patio. The lower level is composed of a bedroom with bathroom, a small kitchen and an additional bedroom with bathroom opened on the third patio. A parking space near the entrance of the house completes the property. On an enclosed site of 5000 m² planted with multiple species, the house enjoys an East/West orientation. Very bright, it is structured by a large zenith gallery and big openings. The numerous glass walls offer many views on the beautiful surroundings.
