BUFF AND HENSMAN, 1985-1988
This architectural landmark sits on 2.5 privately gated acres with mature landscaping and unobstructed sweeping views of Lake Mead. Concrete block and wrought iron fencing define and protect the property. The construction includes stucco, steel, split block, with a concrete foundation and a composite roof. The sliding windows and doors are bronze framed, dual glazed, and solar treated. There exsists teak wood cabinetry and paneling throughout, granite counter-tops, as well as imported Japanese tile flooring both indoors and outside. The three levels include an elevator, a negative edge pool and Jacuzzi, a private balcony off of the master suite and a poolside loggia.
