Lubken Ranch, a 759-acre property at the foot of Mount Whitney, is on the market for the first time in 50 years.

Lubken is a working cattle ranch – with water rights that the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power never managed to acquire – surrounded by land belonging to the Bureau of Land Management and LADWP.

The ranch is a three-hour drive north of Los Angeles and five minutes from an airport with a 4,000-foot-long runway. The main residence is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom ranch house.
