If accepted, your property will be posted on our website within 5 business days of receipt of the listing information, high-resolution photographs (at least 2000px tall) and payment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. There is a $200 administrative fee to post your property on our website. You may pay by check, credit card or PayPal. Credit card andPayPal information will be requested after receipt of your approval of these terms and conditions. If paying by check, please make your check payable to Crosby Doe Associates, Inc. and send it to 8645 Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywoood, CA 90069.
In addition, you agree to pay us a referral fee if a sale (or lease) results from a referral architectureforsale.com has made. The fee is ten percent (10%) of the selling side of the commission, payable to us upon the close of the transaction. In addition, if a referral from architectureforsale.com purchases a property through you other than your property posted, you agree to pay a referral fee in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total commission you receive from any such sale.
2. The information you provided to us about your property shall be accurate to the best of your knowledge. The narrative descriptions of your property on architectureforsale.com will be based on the information you provided to us. We do not independently verify the accuracy of the information about your property. We reserve the right to make editorial changes to your descriptions of the property. We ask that you promptly advise us of any change in the price, status or availability of your property so that we can keep our website current. We reserve the right to remove your property from our website if we become aware of inaccurate information provided to us about the property.
3. This is an agreement to post your property, including photographs, on our website, and appropriate print media. Architectureforsale.com and Crosby Doe Associates, Inc. may not be licensed in the location where your property is located and is not acting as real estate broker or agent, nor providing any other real estate services, with respect to the sale or lease of your property posted on architectureforsale.com. You also give us permission to use your property in our print media advertising from time to time.
4. Architectureforsale.com and/or Crosby Doe Associates, Inc. will be listed on architectureforsale.com as the contacts in connection with your property. Accordingly, we will receive all inquires regarding the property and we will forward to you by e-mail the names and contact information of all interested parties for the purpose of follow-up, showings, negotiations and contract. Our e-mails to you will evidence our referrals.
5. The submission of your property to architectureforsale.com constitutes your authorization for us to include your property on our website, including the addition of further information about any sale or lease, price and status of such property. Further, we may continue to show the property on architectureforsale.com after a sale or lease of the property is completed.
6. The submission of the photographs of your property to us grants us the right to reproduce and display such photographs on architectureforsale.com and appropriate print media.
7. All right, title and interest in each posting or presentation created and copyrighted by us on architectureforsale.com shall at all times remain vested in architectureforsale.com.
8. You shall indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims, costs, damages or losses, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, incurred by us as a result of any inaccurate information provided to us for the posting of your property.
9. Your privacy is important to us. We respect and will continue to respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, transfer or divulge any contact information you provide us, including your name, e-mail, addresses or phone numbers with any other businesses.
